She starts the day lying on a blue mat spread across wide outdoor stone steps. She wears a denim jacket over a patterned beige crop top with a floral detail around the neckline, shiny black wet-look leggings, pink socks, and thick-soled white sneakers sitting nearby.

Surrounded by leafy trees, residential buildings, and cars parked along the nearby street, the setting looks less like a bedroom and more like the world’s most unusual outdoor lounge. Instead of four walls and a comfortable bed, she has an entire staircase as her temporary sleeping area.

After a while, she wakes up and slowly sits upright, looking as though she has just remembered that beds are normally located indoors. She fixes her hair, gets herself camera-ready, and reaches for her smartphone, officially beginning the second chapter of this very unusual morning.
